We ship across Aruba and to select international destinations. Orders over Afl. 75 ship free within Aruba. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us and we'll do our best to help.

How long does delivery take?

Within Aruba, orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days. International orders usually take 5–12 business days depending on the destination and customs. Because the gel is fresh and perishable, we pack it cold and dispatch on our next shipping day.

How is the gel kept fresh in transit?

Every order is packed in insulated packaging to keep the gel cool on its way to you. For the longest shelf life, refrigerate your jars as soon as they arrive.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because sea moss gel is a fresh food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars for safety reasons. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Keep it refrigerated. Sealed and chilled, the gel stays fresh for about 3–4 weeks. Always use a clean, dry spoon to keep it at its best.

Refrigerated, expect about 3–4 weeks. To keep it longer, freeze it in portions (an ice-cube tray works well) and thaw a cube or two as you need them. Frozen gel keeps for up to three months.

Wildcrafted sea moss grows naturally on rocks in the ocean and is harvested by hand, keeping its full natural mineral profile. Pool-grown sea moss is farmed in man-made tanks, often fed with salt and minerals, and can pick up a heavy, salty residue. We only ever wildcraft.
